Email Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote

Salary Range: 8,000 to 12,000

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our email campaigns. This person will play a key role in engaging our audience, nurturing leads, and driving measurable results through targeted, high-performing email marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, automated sequences, and promotional campaigns
• Segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and engagement
• Write, edit, and proof compelling email copy with strong calls-to-action
• Design visually appealing email templates (basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus)
• Monitor key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribe rates) and provide actionable insights
• Run A/B tests to optimize subject lines, copy, design, and timing
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align email strategy with business goals

Requirements

• Proven experience (1+ years) in email marketing, preferably in marketing industry
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign)
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and automation
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and adjust strategy
• Basic design/HTML skills are a plus
