Designation : Email Marketing Specialist – KPO/BPO (US/UK/AUS)

Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 3+ Years (International KPO/BPO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage outbound email marketing campaigns for international clients
• Create, schedule, and optimize email campaigns for lead generation and client engagement
• Manage bulk email tools, CRM integrations, and campaign automation
• Ensure high email deliverability, open rates, and conversion rates
• Segment databases and maintain clean, compliant email lists
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports (open rate, CTR, conversions, bounce rate)
• Coordinate with sales/telecalling teams for lead follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and international email regulations
• A/B test subject lines, content, and templates to improve performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Email Marketing within KPO/BPO
• Hands-on experience with international campaigns (US/UK/AUS)
• Strong written English communication skills
• Experience with email tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar
• Knowledge of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management workflows
• Strong analytical and reporting skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or sales support
• Knowledge of automation workflows and drip campaigns
• Ability to work independently and meet campaign targets
