Job Summary

Cubix is seeking a strategic and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist with a strong background in B2B lead generation and customer retention. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our email marketing efforts, from high-level strategy and automated workflows to copywriting and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of reducing churn, increasing Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and crafting professional narratives that resonate with a global B2B audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies focused on driving high-quality B2B leads.
• Retention & Loyalty: Design and implement specialized campaigns and loyalty programming aimed at reducing churn and maximizing client LTV.
• Lifecycle Management: Manage the full email lifecycle, including creative newsletters, product updates, and promotional offers.
• Automation: Build and maintain sophisticated nurturing sequences, welcome series, and automated workflows using platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
• Optimization: Conduct continuous A/B testing on subject lines, copy, and layouts.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and report on key metrics (Open rates, CTR, Deliverability) to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
• Copywriting: Craft compelling, professional B2B copy and subject lines that maintain a consistent brand voice.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience specifically within a B2B environment.
• Communication: Native-level English writing and verbal communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency with CRM and Email Automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to use data-driven insights to improve campaign performance.
• Attendance: Ability to work on-site in Karachi during the specified shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
