This role demands proficiency with various email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and client relationship management systems to create impactful campaigns that drive lead generation and increase customer engagement. The Email Marketing Specialist plays a central role in developing and implementing email strategies that align with the broader sales goals of Alpha Business Solutions, including staff augmentation services and dedicated team models. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as project managers, technical staff, and HR, to ensure solutions meet client requirements. Additionally, the candidate will utilize CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM for pipeline management and to support proposal writing and bidding efforts. Responsibilities

Design and optimize email templates using HTML and CSS to ensure high deliverability and engaging content.

Conduct thorough analysis and reporting of email campaign performance utilizing advanced tools and platforms to continuously improve open, click-through, and conversion rates.

Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align email marketing efforts with overall sales strategies, including targeted lead generation and client acquisition initiatives.

Create engaging and persuasive email content tailored to different segments of the customer base, promoting staff augmentation services and dedicated team models.

Manage and maintain CRM systems, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM, to track leads, manage client relationships, and streamline sales pipelines.

Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Apollo.io, and Crunchbase for identifying prospects and conducting outreach campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads.
