Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp
• Create compelling email copies and visually engaging templates
• Build and manage audience segmentation for targeted campaigns
• Develop automated workflows (drip campaigns, lead nurturing, re-engagement sequences)
• Analyze campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions) and implement improvements
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and designs
• Ensure database hygiene and high email deliverability
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
• Stay updated with latest email marketing trends and best practices

Technical Skills Required

• Advanced hands-on experience with Mailchimp (automation, segmentation, analytics)
• Strong understanding of email marketing KPIs and performance metrics
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization (preferred)
