ROI Counts is a performance-driven eCommerce marketing team working with multiple direct-to-consumer brands across categories such as bedding, apparel, and lifestyle products.

We are looking for a Brand & Lifecycle Marketer to plan and execute marketing initiatives across our brands.

This role focuses on retention marketing, product launches, social content, and creator coordination.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives across multiple brands.

Your role sits between creative strategy and execution.

You will:

  • plan email campaigns
  • coordinate product launches
  • develop social content ideas
  • manage creator collaborations
  • ensure campaigns launch smoothly across channels

Following will be your responsibilities.

Email & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Plan and launch email marketing campaigns across brands
  • Write email briefs and provide feedback to designers
  • Schedule and execute email campaigns
  • Track performance and run A/B tests
  • Create and improve email flows

Product Launch Marketing

  • Plan marketing activities for new product launches
  • Coordinate launches across email, landing pages, ads, and social
  • Ensure all marketing assets are ready before launch

Social & Content Marketing

  • Develop ideas for social posts, Reels, and TikTok content
  • Write captions and briefs for social media content
  • Coordinate content production with creators
  • Run giveaways
  • Identify influencers
  • Moderate comments

Creator & UGC Coordination

  • Source and shortlist creators
  • Maintain a roster of creators
  • Assign briefs to creators
  • Provide feedback on submitted content

Campaign Execution

  • Launch ads using approved creative assets
  • Add captions to UGC videos using easy AI subtitle softwares provided
  • Launch landing pages using drag-and-drop builders
  • Upload products and marketing assets

SEO Execution

  • Coordinate SEO article production
  • Publish SEO content on the website
  • Ensure content follows SEO guidelines

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience working in eCommerce marketing
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
  • Strong writing skills for emails, captions, and briefs
  • Ability to coordinate campaigns across multiple teams
  • Strong organization and attention to detail

Bonus Skills

  • Experience working with creators and influencers
  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms
  • Experience with SEO content publishing
