Email Marketing Specialist

We are a growing digital marketing agency seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to drive revenue growth for our e-commerce clients through high-converting email campaigns and intelligent automation workflows. What you'll do

▶Plan, create, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns for multiple e-commerce clients

▶Build and optimize automated flows — welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, and browse abandonment

▶Segment lists for targeted, personalized messaging that improves open rates, CTR, and conversions

▶Design and run A/B tests on subject lines, email copy, CTAs, and send times

▶Monitor deliverability, list health, and unsubscribe rates; maintain sender reputation

▶Report on campaign performance (revenue, ROI, ROAS) and provide actionable improvement recommendations

▶Collaborate with design and copywriting teams to produce compelling, on-brand email templatesWhat we're looking for

Required

• 2+ years in email marketing, ideally in e-commerce or agency
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESP
• Strong understanding of automation flows and segmentation
• Ability to read analytics and translate data into strategy
• Basic HTML/CSS for email template editing

Nice to have

• Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce integrations
• Familiarity with SMS marketing (e.g. Attentive, Postscript)
• Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and compliance best practices
• Copywriting skills with an understanding of consumer psychology
