Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist (Commission-Based)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing digital marketing business. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in generating high-quality leads, executing email marketing.

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients (primarily service-based businesses and real estate professionals in GCC & USA markets), reaching out via email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads (real estate agents, brokers, developers, and service-based businesses)
• Build and manage targeted email lists
• Execute cold email outreach campaign
• Handle lead nurturing and responses
• Maintain Data on Google Sheets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lead generation or email marketing
• Strong understanding of cold outreach strategies
• Experience with tools like Apollo, Instantly, Mailchimp, or similar (preferred)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined
• Ability to work independently

Compensation (Commission-Based):

• Earn commissions per closed client
• Performance-based incentives and bonuses
• Unlimited earning potential (no cap)
