Email Outreaching Executive

We are seeking an experienced Email Outreach Expert to join our team and manage guest posting campaigns. As an Email Outreach Expert, you will be responsible for identifying high-quality websites for guest post opportunities, crafting personalized outreach emails, building relationships with website owners, and securing guest post placements that align with our brand's goals.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify relevant, high-authority websites for guest posting opportunities.
• Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to secure guest post placements.
• Craft compelling, personalized outreach emails to increase response rates.
• Build and maintain relationships with webmasters, bloggers, and industry influencers.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure guest posts align with brand and SEO goals.
• Track outreach efforts, analyze results, and optimize strategies for better performance.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all communications.
• Monitor trends in the industry to identify new opportunities for guest posting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in email outreach, guest posting, and link-building.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and how guest posting contributes to SEO.
• Excellent written communication skills with a knack for crafting engaging, personalized emails.
• Experience using outreach tools (e.g., Hunter.io, BuzzStream, Pitchbox, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with external partners.
• Knowledge of content marketing, blogging, and digital PR is a plus.

Salary: 45K - 60K

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
