Outbound Growth & Partnerships Executive

Crystal Vintage | Global Vintage & Secondhand Clothing

Crystal Vintage works with resellers, boutiques, and online stores across the vintage and secondhand clothing ecosystem. We move fast, source globally, and think long-term. We’re now looking for someone who can own outbound outreach end-to-end and turn conversations into lasting partnerships.

This is not a copy-paste DM role. This is a strategy + execution role for someone who understands people, platforms, and the vintage market.

*What You’ll Do*

You’ll be responsible for building and running Crystal Vintage’s outbound engine:

  • Design outbound strategy for reaching vintage resellers, stores, and online sellers
  • Execute outreach across channels: Instagram, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, Discord, marketplaces, and emerging platforms
  • Research & segment leads (by geography, platform, niche, scale, buying behavior)
  • Personalize messaging so it doesn’t sound like spam — but like someone from the culture
  • Hold conversations, qualify interest, answer questions, and move leads toward orders
  • Understand and explain product categories (vintage, rework, branded secondhand, grades, bales vs curated, etc.)
  • Track performance: replies, conversions, deal flow, and learn what works
  • Continuously iterate messaging, angles, and channels based on results

You’ll work closely with the founders and have real influence over how Crystal Vintage grows.

*Who We’re Looking For*

This role is for someone who:

  • Has strong written communication — persuasive, clear, and human
  • Understands the vintage / secondhand / resale ecosystem (Depop, Vinted, thrift, curated resale, bales, wholesalers, etc.)
  • Knows how outbound actually works (not just theory)
  • Is comfortable starting conversations with strangers and building trust
  • Can think strategically and execute daily
  • Is organized, self-driven, and doesn’t need micromanagement
  • Learns fast and adapts even faster

Bonus points if you:

  • Have done outbound for fashion, resale, or B2B before
  • Have run reseller pages, thrift stores, or vintage accounts yourself
  • Understand global markets (UK, EU, US, Middle East, Asia, Africa)
