Business Development Officer – Motorcycle Tyres
Reporting To
Sales Manager / Territory Manager
Job Purpose
To drive business growth in the motorcycle tyre segment by developing new dealers, expanding market coverage, strengthening dealer relationships, and supporting sales and promotional strategies within the assigned territory.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Market Expansion
- Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers, retailers, and garages for motorcycle tyre sales
- Explore new markets, colonies, and routes to increase market penetration and coverage
- Expand the company’s footprint and market share in the assigned territory
Dealer & Relationship Management
- Maintain strong working relationships with existing dealers and key accounts
- Monitor dealer performance and recommend strategies to improve sales and visibility
- Ensure dealer satisfaction and long-term retention
Sales Support & Coordination
- Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and order teams to ensure timely deliveries and product availability
- Support the execution of promotions, trade schemes, discounts, and incentive programs
- Assist dealers in understanding product features and sales strategies
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor pricing, products, schemes, and activities
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly field reports on market development, new accounts, and business opportunities
Skills & Competencies Required
- Strong knowledge of the motorcycle tyre market and local distribution channels
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Result-oriented, proactive, and self-driven
- Strong field execution and reporting discipline
- Ability to work independently in a field sales environment
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Intermediate / Matric (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in motorcycle tyres, auto spare parts, or FMCG field sales
- Proven experience in dealer acquisition and market development
- Hands-on field sales experience is mandatory

Age Limit

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
