Key Responsibilities

• Respond to high volumes of customer inquiries via email and web-based ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot shipping delays, account issues, and service inquiries with precision and empathy.
• Collaborate with the operations and warehouse teams to provide real-time updates to clients.
• Maintain a professional and helpful tone that aligns with company brand guidelines.
• Document customer feedback and recurring issues to help improve our internal processes.
• Meet and exceed daily targets for response time and customer satisfaction scores.

Skills and Requirements

• Written Communication: Excellent grammar and the ability to explain complex information clearly in English.
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and familiarity with CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce.
• Problem-Solving: A logical approach to identifying issues and finding the most efficient solutions.
• Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 45–50 words per minute with high accuracy.
• Multicultural Awareness: Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and international client base.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Communications or Business is preferred.
