Job Profile: Testing Engineer (Electronics Diploma)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional and reliability testing of electronic components, PCBs, and devices according to test plans.
- Execute manual and automated test procedures using test instruments like multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and specialized testers.
- Identify, document, and report defects or deviations in electronic product performance.
- Assist in the development and calibration of test setups and fixtures.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action for quality issues found during testing.
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure product compliance with specifications and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and generate test reports.
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards during all testing activities.
Required Skills:
- Diploma in Electronics or equivalent qualification.
- Basic knowledge of electronic circuits, components, and signal behavior.
- Experience or familiarity with electronic testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies).
- Understanding of quality standards and testing methodologies.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and datasheets.
- Basic computer literacy for test documentation and reporting.
Preferred Qualities:
- Hands-on experience in electronics lab or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as IPC or IEC relevant to electronics testing.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new testing technologies and techniques.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
