Embroidery Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Embroidery Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating, editing, and digitizing embroidery designs for custom products.

Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and digitize embroidery designs as per client or brand requirements.
• Prepare designs for multi-head embroidery machines.
• Ensure accurate stitch density, color placement, and thread path optimization.
• Review samples and make adjustments to improve quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to meet deadlines.
• Maintain and organize design files, threads, and machine settings.
• Stay updated with new embroidery techniques, tools, and software.

Skills & Tools:

• Proficient in Wilcom, Tajima DG/ML by Pulse, or Brother PE-Design.
• Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Understanding of embroidery machine formats and file compatibility.
• Strong sense of design, color, and detail.
• Experience working with different fabrics and thread materials.

Common File Formats:

• .EMB, .DST, .PES, .EXP, .JEF, .VP3, .HUS
• .AI, .CDR, .PNG, .JPG (for artwork references)

Salary: Paid per task, based on complexity and size of the project.
