About the Role:

Join our new luxury women's fashion boutique as we craft elegant, modern pieces that empower confidence and sophistication. We're building a brand that seamlessly blends timeless silhouettes with contemporary style, reaching our audience through Instagram and our own online store.

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to transform our vision into reality from initial concept and sketches through to final designs and digital mockups.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Creative Development:

Design women's luxury apparel (dresses, blouses, skirts, etc.) aligned with brand aesthetics

Create technical sketches, mood boards, and fabric concepts

Research fashion trends, colors, and materials suitable for high-end markets

Assist in developing brand identity, color palette, and style guide

Create digital mockups and design visuals using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator

Research fashion trends and create mood boards for new collections

Production & Operations:

Work with manufacturers to develop samples and ensure quality standards

Prepare design specifications, measurements, and material details for production

Support photo shoots and product presentations with styling input

Upload products, manage inventory, and ensure a luxury aesthetic

Marketing & Brand Management:

Familiarity with Instagram marketing and engagement; manage and grow our Instagram account

Create engaging, luxury-style posts and stories

Engage with followers, influencers, and potential customers

Required Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related field

Proven experience designing women's wear or luxury apparel

Technical Skills:

Excellent sketching and illustration skills (digital or hand-drawn)

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO 3D

Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator)

Understanding of garment construction and textiles

Industry Knowledge:

Knowledge of sustainable materials and luxury finishes

Familiarity with production processes and sample development

Personal Attributes:

Strong attention to detail and creativity

Strong English communication (written and verbal)

Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines

Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
