The Team

As Associate Director, EMEA Regional People Operations Lead, you’ll steer operational excellence across the region, driving efficiency, elevating service delivery, and bringing the Global People Organisation’s (GPO) strategy to life. With your deep expertise in People Operations and HR processes , ideally gained in a professional services environment, you’ll ensure our people services run seamlessly and consistently across EMEA.


Reporting to the EMEA People Lead and collaborating closely with the Global People Operations team, this role will lead a team of covering Onboarding and Offboarding, Leave of Absence, Managing Director Operations, and In-Country Operations.



How you will contribute

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day People operations within the assigned regional People Services team
  • Implement operational strategies aligned with regional business goals
  • Monitor and analyse regional operational metrics and KPIs
  • Manage and develop a team of People operations core specialists, providing guidance and support
  • Manage regional operations budget, ensuring financial targets are met
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to address operational needs, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of People Services
  • Support regional leadership on business development initiatives in the region for Global People Services
  • Manage New Hire Logistics (e.g., in-person, virtual, office location, etc.)
  • Manage and execute Employee Onboarding (e.g., introductions, onboarding checklist, paperwork, employment verification, etc.)
  • Manage and execute Employee Offboarding activities (exit surveys, equipment retrieval, exit compliance, etc.)
  • Manage Contingent Worker Onboarding (e.g., introductions, onboarding checklist, paperwork, etc.)
  • Manage No-Shows and Scheduling
  • Respond to General Onboarding Inquiries



Qualifications

  • A number of years experience in HR / People Operations management or shared services, with experience in a leadership role
  • Previous Workday experience is preferred
  • Experience in the professional services sector with strong understanding of internal client service delivery is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams across EMEA
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent project management and change management skills
