Department : Emergency Medicine

Qualification : MBBS / MD / DNB / MEM in Emergency Medicine

Job Location : Adambakkam

Shift : Rotational

· Provide prompt evaluation, stabilization, and treatment of emergency and trauma patients.

· Perform emergency procedures such as airway management, resuscitation, suturing, and stabilization of critically ill patients.

· Interpret diagnostic tests including laboratory results, X-rays, CT scans, and ECGs.

· Coordinate with HOD and other department HOD, Consultants, Nursing staff, and Support services for timely patient care and referrals.

· Ensure accurate and timely documentation of medical records and treatment plans.

· Adhere to hospital protocols, clinical guidelines, and patient safety standards.

· Participate in emergency drills, audits, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

· Communicate effectively with patients and attendants regarding diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis.

· Maintain patient confidentiality and dignity at all times in compliance with hospital policies.

· Facilitate smooth admission, transfer, or discharge of patients with proper handover and documentation.

· Supervising and training emergency department staff, including nurses and medical residents

· Conducting inventory management to ensure the availability of essential medical supplies and equipment

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
