About the Role

The Emergency Response Coordinator will oversee and coordinate emergency response activities, communication processes, dispatch coordination, and operational support to ensure efficient emergency service delivery.

You will work closely with response teams, medical personnel, operations staff, and external partners to maintain effective emergency preparedness and response operations.

This role is ideal for someone who remains calm under pressure, communicates effectively, and can coordinate multiple priorities in time-sensitive situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate emergency response operations and dispatch activities
• Monitor emergency calls, incidents, and response timelines
• Communicate with emergency teams, medical staff, and external agencies
• Ensure timely coordination of emergency resources and personnel
• Maintain accurate incident and response documentation
• Support emergency preparedness and operational planning
• Monitor communication systems and emergency protocols
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of response teams

• Ability to work flexible and rotating schedules when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in emergency medical services or healthcare operations

• Knowledge of emergency preparedness and incident response protocols
• CPR, first aid, or emergency response certifications are an advantage
