Emergency Response Team (ERT) Lead

Project Duration: 3 Years Ext

Location: Qatar – Ras Laffan

Working day: 12 Hrs / 6 Days(day shift/night shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead rescue planning and execution; ensure readiness of equipment and crews.

• Develop/maintain Emergency Response Plans; conduct drills and competency checks.

• Liaise with ORYX HSE, PTW Authority and operations for high‑risk tasks.

Minimum Qualifications/Certifications:

• Competency per NFPA 1006 & 1670 (Confined Space Rescue) documented per OSHA 1910.146.

• Standard First Aid/CPR with AED.

• IRATA Level 2 or 3 (Team Leader based on assessment).

Minimum Experience:

• 5+ years’ industry‑specific Oil & Gas experience as Emergency Response Technician; prior team leadership in TAR context.

Job‑Specific Skills (must/strongly preferred):

• Rescue command/control, rope access supervision, incident command basics, strong reporting/coordination skills.
