Emirati Sales / Telesales Executive – Entry Level

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Role Overview
We are looking for motivated UAE Nationals (Emirati) to join our Sales and Telesales team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh or entry-level professionals with 6–12 months of experience who are eager to grow their career in Dubai’s real estate market.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in property inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Generate and qualify leads for property sales
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Coordinate with senior sales staff for property viewings and deal closures
  • Maintain records on CRM and ensure client follow-ups
  • Stay updated on Dubai property market trends and projects

Requirements

  • UAE National (Emirati)
  • 6–12 months of experience in Sales / Telesales (Real Estate experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Motivated, energetic, and target-driven personality
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, high-energy environment
