Role Summary

The Emiratisation Talent Sourcing Senior Manager leads sourcing activities across diversified channels to identify Emirati talents across segments. This role involves creating market talent maps, building networks within the local market, and executing hiring campaigns. S/he will collaborate closely with TA Directors, TA CoE, and P&O to support talent searches across levels and geographies, while proactively pipelining for critical roles through a strategic sourcing methodology.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Develop an Emiratisation talent sourcing strategy that aligns with business hiring needs and workforce plans for both ongoing and long-term talent searches across Majid Al Futtaim’s Operating Companies.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of market talent maps to identify top UAE national talent within targeted roles, bands, industries and regions.
  • Maintain accurate Data reporting for sourcing metrics across businesses for Emiratisation hiring across MAF to assess effectiveness of channels, leveraging on internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Analyse sourcing metrics and provide detailed reports to Business TA Directors in Quarterly Operations Reviews. Use data insights to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and make strategic/tactical recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor talent pools, and emerging sourcing techniques to maintain a competitive advantage. Build Talent Intelligence for the organization to support strategic talent decisions.
  • Develop annual employment fairs calendar across businesses targeted to meet business requirements to position MAF as preferred employer for local talents and leverage on RoI for each initiative.
  • Meeting Sourcing requirements in line with MOHRE thresholds & MAF set targets (ref: Tawteen reports) avoid potential fines to the entity.
  • Ensure all sourcing activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven + 10 years experience in talent sourcing and management, preferably within a corporate or shared service environment. Experience specifically related to UAE national talent sourcing is a must.
  • Strong experience in building relationships with governmental partners to target demand coverage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholders’ management.
  • In-depth knowledge of various sourcing techniques and channels complemented with strong understanding of UAE national talent market and employment regulations.
  • Advanced qualifications or certifications in talent sourcing or management are a plus.
