About the Job:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Manager - Procurement at Dubai Holding Group Services . The Senior Manager will be responsible for driving procurement excellence across the team, working closely with stakeholders across Dubai Holding entities, ensures alignment between business needs and procurement strategies while enabling innovation, value delivery, and compliance with best-in-class practices. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Translate business goals into actionable procurement opportunities across categories.
• Oversee the execution of sourcing strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
• Champion procurement’s value through cost efficiency, innovation, and ESG contribution.
• Lead procurement transformation initiatives and support continuous improvement.
• Build trusted relationships with business units and act as the primary procurement contact.
• Facilitate early engagement to align procurement with business planning cycles.
• Provide strategic advisory support on procurement risks, commercial decisions, and cost optimisation.
• Represent procurement in business forums and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Recommend and oversee category strategies that align with spend trends and market intelligence.
• Monitor procurement demand, track performance metrics, and report realised savings.
• Support spend analysis and cost-benefit studies to identify strategic opportunities.
• Lead category-level sourcing initiatives and prioritise high-impact procurement projects.
• Ensure robust supplier segmentation, risk controls, and performance evaluation mechanisms.
• Manage key supplier relationships and support contract development and governance.
• Act as an escalation point for strategic supplier or service delivery issues.
• Lead and develop procurement teams, promoting a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
• Provide mentorship to team members and align individual goals with department objectives.
• Contribute to capability building, innovation, and upskilling across the team.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are advantageous.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management.
• Proven track record in business partnering, cost savings, strategic sourcing, and supplier management.
• Exposure to transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing ability.
• Experience in procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa), Excel, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of procurement governance, risk frameworks, and compliance.
