As an Emiratization Officer, you will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining local talent. The role includes managing recruitment initiatives, training programs, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and relevant regulations. You will also oversee government platforms such as CBUAE, GPSSA, and NAFIS, while promoting an inclusive workplace that supports the growth and engagement of local employees.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably focused on Emiratization.
  • Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, Emiratization policies, and government programs.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with a proactive, organized approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems, with experience in digital HR platforms.

  • Implement strategies to enhance local talent recruitment across defined roles.
  • Source and attract qualified local candidates through partnerships with universities, government entities, recruitment platforms, and industry networks.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and recruitment drives targeting local candidates.
  • Develop and manage training and development programs to support local employees’ skill growth and career advancement.
  • Monitor retention and engagement of local staff, recommending initiatives to boost satisfaction and reduce turnover.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, local policies,
  • Track and report progress on localization targets, coordinating with HR and government bodies such as the CBUAE.
  • Oversee the CBUAE portal, ensuring data accuracy and maintaining strong relationships with government teams.
  • Oversee GPSSA, NAFIS, and other workforce digital initiatives.
  • Mentor local employees and promote an inclusive, culturally aware workplace that supports local talent integration.
