Job Description


Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of manpower planning strategies.

• Maintain headcount data and ensure alignment with the approved Manpower Plan.

• Monitor workforce trends, identify gaps, and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Support organizational design initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborate with HR teams on recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Analyse workforce data to inform strategic decision-making.

• Maintain and update ERP systems to ensure accurate data management.

• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

• Build dashboards and reports for workforce analytics, manpower forecasting, and attrition trends.

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops related to organizational development Operating Environment


Office based role

Formal Education Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.


Work Experience 3-5 years of experience in Workforce Planning and Organizational Development.


Skills & Knowledge

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems like Oracle.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Certification in Organizational Development or related field.

• Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.
