Employee Benefits Specialist – No Experience Needed (We Train)

We’re expanding our Huntsville team and looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals who want to build a rewarding career in employee benefits—no prior insurance experience required.
Position Overview
As an Employee Benefits Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in growing our agency by identifying and prospecting new business clients. You will set appointments with business owners and HR decision-makers to learn about their current benefits programs, workforce demographics, and goals. Using that information, you’ll work with our agency team to craft tailored benefits solutions that meet their needs.
This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor position with unlimited earning potential through new business commissions and performance bonuses. Comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship are provided.
