Role & responsibilities
1. Engagement Calendar & Program Design

Conceptualize, design, and execute annual and monthly engagement calendars aligned with key themes festivals, health & wellness, financial awareness, mental & intellectual growth, sports, etc.

Introduce fresh engagement formats such as gamified quizzes, virtual challenges, short contests, and fun interactive activities.
2. On-Ground, Virtual & Hybrid Events

Plan and execute on-floor engagement activities at the Mumbai office and support other locations as required.

Manage end-to-end virtual and hybrid employee events.
3. Creative Communication & Promotion

Develop engaging communication materials including mailers, posters, teasers, reels, and internal social media posts to promote participation.
4. Participation Amplification

Highlight engagement activities, employee achievements, and participation through newsletters and internal communication platforms.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
-
Work closely with HRBPs, Admin, and cross-functional teams to ensure coverage across all employee groups and locations.
6. Feedback & Analytics
-
Collect feedback, track participation levels, and analyze engagement data to propose improvements.

Support budget planning and utilization for engagement initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
-
Master's/Bachelors degree in HR, Communications, or related field (
MBA preferred).

2–5 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or event management.

Strong creative and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in content creation (mailers, posters, videos) is a plus.
