About the Role
We’re looking for a Community Manager who lives and breathes
community and movement
. Someone who can build offline IPs from scratch, nurture a passionate community of movers, and keep the ecosystem buzzing every single day online. This is a creator-meets-strategist-meets-producer role—perfect for someone who understands culture, fitness, and what gets people to show up. Movement is culture. And this role is at the center of building India’s most exciting movement-focused community - online and IRL.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build & Lead Offline Community IPs

Conceptualize and execute unique offline movement-led properties

Own end-to-end execution: ideation, partnerships, production, permissions, budgets, amplification.

Build repeatable formats that can be scaled across cities.
2. Always-On Community Building (Online + Offline)

Grow and nurture a genuine community of movement-first individuals

Plan community engagement rituals with the social media SPOC: challenges, AMA sessions, spotlight stories, community polls, etc.

Identify micro-communities and expand Cult’s presence within them.
3. Creator, Athlete & Brand Collaborations

Scout and onboard creators, micro-influencers, and movement enthusiasts.

Manage relationship building, content creation, co-hosting events, and cross-platform exposure.

Unlock co-created content formats rooted in authenticity and movement.
What You Bring

3–4 years experience in community building or culture marketing.

Good to have experience building and/or scaling offline events or IPs.

Comfort with fast-paced environments, ambiguity, and end-to-end ownership.

Strong networking skills—you love meeting people.

A creator mindset: storytelling, social savvy, trend awareness.

Ability to work cross-functionally with brand, content, performance, and retail teams.
