In this role, you’ll conceptualize, plan, and execute luxury experiences — from exclusive brand showcases and launch events to VIP engagements and collaborations — that build emotional connections and lasting impressions.

✨ Key Responsibilities

🔹 Plan, organize, and execute luxury events and brand activations — from venue selection to on-ground execution.

🔹 Partner with marketing and brand teams to ensure each event reflects the brand’s tone, story, and identity.

🔹 Manage event budgets, vendor coordination, and logistics with precision and cost efficiency.

🔹 Curate guest lists and manage end-to-end hospitality for premium clientele and key stakeholders.

🔹 Collaborate with creative, PR, and influencer partners to amplify brand visibility across digital and offline channels.

🔹 Ensure seamless execution on event day and troubleshoot challenges in real time.

🔹 Measure post-event performance and share actionable insights for future event excellence.

🧠 What You Bring

✅ 3–5 years of proven experience in event planning and management — preferably in luxury retail, lifestyle, or premium brands.

✅ Strong background in project management, creative coordination, and vendor negotiations.

✅ Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.

✅ Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.

✅ Passion for luxury experiences, design, and brand storytelling.

✅ Bachelor's degree in marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
