Job Title: Camp OrganizerJob Summary
The Camp Organizer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing camps (medical, educational, social, or recreational). The role ensures smooth execution of camp activities, effective coordination with teams, and a safe, well-organized experience for participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organize camps according to objectives and schedules
- Coordinate with doctors, trainers, volunteers, vendors, and support staff
- Arrange venue, equipment, materials, transportation, and accommodation if required
- Manage registrations, attendance, and participant records
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and organizational guidelines
- Oversee camp setup, daily operations, and closing activities
- Handle on-site issues and resolve problems promptly
- Maintain inventory of supplies and camp materials
- Prepare reports, feedback summaries, and documentation after the camp
- Promote camps through coordination with marketing or outreach teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in event management, social work, healthcare, or education
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Leadership and team-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of safety and first-aid (preferred)
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
Work Environment
- Field-based and office-based work
- May involve travel, outdoor work, and weekend duties

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
