Sales Coordinator – Tamil Nadu Market

We are looking for an efficient and proactive Sales Coordinator to handle sales coordination activities for the Tamil Nadu market. The role involves close coordination with the sales team, dealers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, timely dispatch, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Sales Executives and dealers in the Tamil Nadu market.
  • Handle order processing, follow-ups, and dispatch coordination with logistics teams.
  • Maintain dealer-wise sales records, order status, and payment follow-ups.
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports and MIS.
  • Communicate schemes, offers, and product updates to dealers.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales and collection targets.
  • Handle dealer queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate internally with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Marketing teams.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

  • Any graduate preferred (BCom / BBA / MBA will be an added advantage).
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination or similar role preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
  • Fluency in Tamil is mandatory; working knowledge of English and Malayalam is an advantage.
  • Good computer skills, especially MS Excel and basic reporting.
  • Good communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple dealers and priorities.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and target-focused.
  • Customer-service mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
