Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and proactive Event Planner to curate, execute, and manage events end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor contacts, hands-on experience in event coordination, and the ability to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences for clients and attendees.

Key Responsibilities

· Curate and conceptualize events, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand vision

· Execute and manage events end-to-end, from planning and vendor coordination to on-site operations and post-event wrap-up

· Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and budgets

· Manage and negotiate with vendors (venues, catering, décor, AV, logistics, etc.)

· Track timelines, budgets, and post-event evaluations

Key Skills Required

· End-to-end event managing, planning, curation, and execution

· Strong vendor network and negotiation skills

· Budget management, logistics, and operations handling

· Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and on-ground execution skills
