Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, creatives, and targeting
  • Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis
  • Create and manage search, display, remarketing, and social media ad campaigns
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards
  • Improve conversion rates through A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and CTAs
  • Ensure proper conversion tracking, pixels, and event setup
  • Generate regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to align marketing goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
