Sales Co-ordinator

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team in day-to-day coordination, documentation, order processing, customer follow-ups, and reporting to ensure smooth sales operations and achievement of sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination

  • Coordinate with sales executives for lead tracking and follow-ups
  • Maintain daily sales tracker, enquiries, bookings, deliveries, and cancellations
  • Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

Customer Handling

  • Follow up with customers for documentation, payment status, and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate with customers for vehicle delivery, invoicing, and registration process
  • Handle customer queries related to vehicle variants, pricing, schemes, and delivery timelines

Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and verify sales documents such as:
  • Booking forms
  • Invoice requests
  • Finance & insurance papers
  • RTO documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company sales processes and dealership SOPs

Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Liaise with:
  • Finance & Insurance team
  • RTO department
  • Stockyard & logistics
  • Accounts team
  • Ensure timely vehicle allocation and dispatch

MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance and pending cases
  • Share reports with management as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,540.33 - ₹26,287.12 per month
