🎯 What You’ll Do

• Conceptualize, plan, and deliver impactful business events and marketing campaigns from idea to execution.
• Design and execute BTL marketing strategies that maximize audience engagement and brand recall.
• Partner closely with marketing and digital teams to ensure seamless event promotion across online channels.
• Manage end-to-end vendor coordination , negotiations, and on-ground execution to ensure flawless delivery.
• Own event budgets, timelines, logistics, and compliance , ensuring cost efficiency and quality outcomes.
• Create unique, immersive event experiences that align with brand goals and audience expectations.
• Support virtual, hybrid, and webinar-based events , ensuring smooth digital execution.
• Develop engaging promotional and post-event video content to extend event impact.
• Track and analyze event performance metrics , turning insights into smarter future strategies.
• Deliver detailed post-event reports highlighting ROI, learnings, and improvements.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in business events, brand activations, or corporate event management.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, BTL campaigns, and digital marketing .
• Hands-on experience in vendor management with strong negotiation skills.
• A creative thinker with the ability to transform concepts into standout experiences.
• Experience with virtual events, webinars, and event technology platforms .
• Proficiency in video editing tools for promotional and event-related content.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze event performance and ROI.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• A collaborative team player who can work across departments seamlessly.

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in marketing , Event Management, Business Administration , or a related field.
• Experience using digital marketing and event promotion tools .
• Familiarity with event analytics and reporting platforms .
