Employee Engagement & HR Executive

India

Location: Rohini, Delhi
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Joining: Immediate Joiner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to build a positive and motivating work culture.
  • Handle employee grievance management, ensuring quick resolution and fair practices.
  • Maintain and update HR compliance records, including statutory requirements and labour law adherence.
  • Ensure accurate execution of salary compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
  • Collaborate with management to implement HR policies aligned with labour regulations.
  • Manage end-to-end documentation for onboarding, exits, and employee records.
  • Conduct employee feedback sessions, surveys, and engagement activities.
  • Prepare and maintain Excel reports for attendance, payroll, compliance, and HR analytics.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory compliances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, MIS reporting).
  • Ability to handle employee relations and grievances with professionalism.
  • Immediate availability to join.
