Human Resources Generalist II
A bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
The College of Pharmacy (COP) is looking for an HR Generalist II to serve as the Employee Engagement Specialist, providing comprehensive human resources support across the entire employment lifecycle. As a key member of the COP HR team, this role partners with faculty, staff, and administrators to enhance employee recruitment, engagement, and retention in alignment with the College’s strategic goals. Responsibilities include strategically planning recruitment processes to attract top talent, onboarding new employees, facilitating training and feedback mechanisms to support team success, and creating meaningful experiences that foster pride and connection to the College. The incumbent handles confidential employee information and ensures compliance with all applicable privacy laws and university policies.
