This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, team-focused caregiver who enjoys teaching, organizing, and supporting others.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate in-services, training, and staff education
• Track competencies and maintain compliance records (Relias/PCC)
• Support employee health requirements and onboarding
• Assist with CNA training program and mentor new aides
• Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• CNA or LPN with long-term care experience
• Organized, tech-comfortable, and strong communicator
• Passion for supporting and developing fellow caregivers
