Employee Operational Services & Support Supervisor


Support in facilitating operational issues to maintain efficiency and work collaboratively with other departments. - Responsible for updating the monthly DB that includes transfers, resignations, new comers. - Responsible for the resignations – - signing the resignation form, form 6 and delivering it to the HR team - Sending the relevant email to the proper entities to take the proper action - Supporting the agents in delivering the access cards to the security, medical cards, headsets and laptop to the correct entities to help them complete the resignation cycle until the employee receives the documents. - Responsible to send to HR Services to update the reporting lines according to monthly new distribution and for new comers after finalizing the training to report to the correct supervisors - Preparing a weekly attrition report with the reason . - Responsible for aligning departmental workflows, improving processes, managing cross functional team sand ensuring all the operational goals are met within the timelines -• Responsible for all the employee requests located in the UAE –acting as a focal point to ensure all the inquiries are completed within the SLA (24 hours )


requirements:

  • Administration Assistant experience
  • Customer Care operations Experience
  • Excellent Knowledge in MS Office ( Excel , PowerPoint and word )
  • Excellent in Arabic & English
  • 10+ years of Experience in Executive secretary & office manager field.
  • Experience in administration and Risk Management field with telecommunication background
