SALARY: AED 4,000 - 5,000

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this job is to foster a positive work environment by promoting effective communication between employees and management, addressing workplace issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role involves handling employee grievances, conducting investigations, and facilitating resolutions to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.

Employee Relations Support:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees seeking support, advice, or lodging complaints.

- Provide guidance and clarification on company policies, procedures, and labor laws.

- Regularly engage in check-in sessions with employees to assess workplace satisfaction and proactively address any concerns that may arise.

Conflict Resolution:

- Mediate disputes between employees or between employees and management to ensure fair and amicable resolutions.

- Investigate employee grievances thoroughly, gathering all necessary information and documentation.

- Recommend and implement appropriate resolutions to conflicts and issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.

Policy Implementation and Compliance:

- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.

- Ensure policies comply with current labor laws and organizational goals.

- Educate employees and management on relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements to ensure understanding and compliance.

- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.

Employee Engagement:

- Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and promote a positive workplace culture.

- Organize and facilitate employee feedback programs such as surveys and focus groups.

- Identify and address areas for improvement based on employee feedback.

Grievance Resolution Time:

- Average time taken to investigate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances.

Conflict Resolution Success Rate:

- Percentage of conflicts or disputes successfully resolved without escalation.

Employee Satisfaction:

- Scores from employee satisfaction surveys related to workplace environment and employee relations.

Employee Engagement Rate:

- The level of involvement and commitment of employees in their work and the organization as a whole.

Policy Compliance Rate:

- Percentage of employees adhering to company policies and procedures.

Compliance Incidents:

- Number of compliance-related incidents or violations.

Proactivity and Early Intervention

- The number of potential issues identified and addressed proactively each quarter.

Turnover Rate:

- Percentage of employees leaving the organization within a specified period.

Employee Relations Case Load:

- Number of employee relations cases managed within a given timeframe.

Budget Adherence:

- Adherence to budget allocations for employee relations activities and initiatives.
