What You’ll Bring In:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new enterprise clients aligned with the company’s strategic goals, leveraging a consultative approach to understand complex client needs.
  • Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account expansion, focusing on customer-centric solutions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to proactively address client challenges and identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Ensure a smooth transition to account management and customer success teams post-sales, maximizing client satisfaction and retention.

If you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3 : 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, payments, SaaS, or digital transformation.
  • Excellent command of Chinese & English.
  • Prior experience working with enterprise clients in sectors like tourism, hospitality, or retail is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate client pain points into tailored solutions.
