Job Summary

We are hiring an Employee Relations Executive to manage employee grievances, disciplinary processes, policy compliance, and workplace engagement. The role focuses on ensuring a healthy work environment, adherence to labour practices, and effective communication between employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle employee grievances and resolve issues in a timely, fair manner
  • Support disciplinary actions, investigations, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HR SOPs, and labour laws
  • Conduct employee counseling and exit interviews
  • Coordinate with HR Ops, Admin, and Business Heads on ER matters
  • Manage attendance, misconduct cases, warnings, and closures
  • Support engagement initiatives and internal communication
  • Maintain accurate ER records, reports, and trackers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
