Role Overview:
As an Employee Relations Executive, you will support the HR team in maintaining a positive work environment by assisting in employee relations activities, handling basic grievances, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in the field of HR and employee engagement.
  • Assist in resolving employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support investigations into minor employee complaints and document findings.
  • Help implement employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and communications.
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and communication materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent application of policies.
  • Support exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement opportunities.
  • Help organize training sessions on workplace behavior and compliance.
  • Monitor employee morale and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Support the administration and tracking of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or employee relations.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
