We are seeking a Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney with 3–15 years of experience to join our growing team. This remote role involves representing employers in employment-related litigation and advising on workplace compliance issues. Candidates with substantial experience may be considered for Of Counsel roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle employment litigation from intake through resolution.
• Advise clients on wage & hour, discrimination, harassment, and other workplace issues.
• Draft legal documents, manage discovery, and represent clients in court and administrative proceedings.

Qualifications:

• J.D. and active California Bar membership.
• 3–15 years of employment law litigation experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $190,000.00 - $235,000.00 per year
