The ideal candidate will have:
Strong knowledge of federal and state labor & employment laws (including wage and hour, Title VII, ADEA, FMLA, ADA, and related state statutes).
Experience handling all aspects of litigation, including interviewing witnesses, reviewing electronically stored documents, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting and defending depositions, interacting with clients and opposing counsel, and attending court appearances.
Experience advising and counseling employers on workplace issues such as employee relations, risk mitigation, ADA and other workplace accommodations, wage and hour compliance, reductions-in-force, and employment agreements/policies.
Qualifications
Admission to practice law in California is required.
Strong academic credentials, communication, and writing skills.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary ($100,000 – $275,000, commensurate with experience).
