This is the perfect position for a college student who wants to work in a professional, medical office after their classes each day, but have their weekends and evenings free! We are looking for an outgoing person that enjoys multitasking in a fun-loving environment. We are fortunate to get to help individuals in our community restore their ability to return to a normal life. This position is a part-time position in charge of ensuring our afternoon patients have a phenomenal first impression, creating a great environment for patients to begin their journey of recovery. This position is approximately 20 hours/week and the hours are from 3:00-7:00. Specific duties include:

• Greet patients as they arrive at the clinic and assist with getting paperwork filled out.
• Assist during checkout to ensure that patients are scheduled for their appointments.
• Assist with answering incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate person.
• Receive payments on accounts and assist with patient account collections to help patients create payment plans for their account.
• Verify patient's insurance benefits and communicate the patients benefits to them.
• Ensure that end of day office tasks are complete and patient charts are ready for the next day.

Pay: $12.00 - $12.50 per hour
