End-of-Line (EOL) Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated End-of-Line (EOL) Engineer to join our team at the MMM Greenfield automotive plant. The role involves managing and operating the critical final testing and validation processes at the end of the vehicle assembly line. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every vehicle meets safety, functionality, and quality standards before release.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor End-of-Line equipment, including:

1. Module flashing and static programming
2. Wheel alignment
3. Dynamic Vehicle Test (DVT)
4. AVM (Around View Monitor) calibration
5. ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration

• Perform vehicle diagnostics and troubleshoot electrical/software issues
• Ensure proper machine parameter settings and calibration for all EOL systems
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and production teams
• Support installation, commissioning, and optimization of EOL stations
• Maintain reports and track performance issues and resolutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant EOL role within the automotive sector
• Practical experience with DVT, ADAS, wheel alignment, flashing, and CAN diagnostics
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced greenfield project environment
