End - User Support Associate

Summary:

  • Responsible for providing direct service and end-user support for a wide variety of computing devices and peripherals within the BayCare system.
  • Works extensively with the incident management system and is responsible for fulfilling end user requests and resolving issues on computing devices in accordance with established SLAs and IS/Field Services procedural standards.
  • Typical responsibilities involve moves, adds, and changes for computer devices and responding to break/fix service requests.
  • Participates in IS related projects as directed and to assist with technology refresh, inventory management, system imaging/staging, and materials distribution.
  • Provides basic phone support and support of mobile devices

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

  • HS Graduate or Equivalent GED - Required
  • Associates Degree (Computer Science) - Preferred

Location: Powell Pavillion (Clearwater, FL)

Status: Full Time, Exempt: No

Shift Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Weekend Work: Occasional

On Call: No
