We are currently looking for an End-User Support Engineer to join our team in the Izmir office. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations and providing technical support to internal users.
Responsibilities

Support colleagues with IT requests/incidents (hardware/software)

Provide IT training to newcomers related to EPAM Systems infrastructure

Prepare documentation and reports for processes within the company
-
Communicate with external vendors and Global IT teams to resolve problems
-
Maintain and update the asset inventory
-
Perform communication room maintenance and environment monitoring
-
Install and configure computer network hardware and applications
-
Guide employees or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or remotely via MS Teams, to set up systems or resolve issues

Rapidly establish good working relationships with employees and other professionals, promoting good IT practices

Build and troubleshoot Linux, Apple, and Windows OS
Requirements

Experience in supporting end-users in an IT environment for at least 2 years

Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network infrastructure

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server management (e.g., Active Directory, WSUS, third-party antivirus services)

Basic troubleshooting skills for Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems

A user-friendly attitude and a willingness to help employees solve their daily IT infrastructure issues

Good communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude

Ability to work effectively within a team in a multi-level organization

Willingness to learn new technologies and quickly adapt to new challenges

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level or above)
