We are currently looking for an End-User Support Engineer to join our team in the Izmir office. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations and providing technical support to internal users.

Responsibilities

  • Support colleagues with IT requests/incidents (hardware/software)
  • Provide IT training to newcomers related to EPAM Systems infrastructure
  • Prepare documentation and reports for processes within the company
  • Communicate with external vendors and Global IT teams to resolve problems
  • Maintain and update the asset inventory
  • Perform communication room maintenance and environment monitoring
  • Install and configure computer network hardware and applications
  • Guide employees or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or remotely via MS Teams, to set up systems or resolve issues
  • Rapidly establish good working relationships with employees and other professionals, promoting good IT practices
  • Build and troubleshoot Linux, Apple, and Windows OS

Requirements

  • Experience in supporting end-users in an IT environment for at least 2 years
  • Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network infrastructure
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server management (e.g., Active Directory, WSUS, third-party antivirus services)
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
  • A user-friendly attitude and a willingness to help employees solve their daily IT infrastructure issues
  • Good communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work effectively within a team in a multi-level organization
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and quickly adapt to new challenges
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level or above)
