Having a capacity of 350.000 tons per year, Aksa supplies raw materials for textiles and technical textiles in many diverse areas.


We are looking for an Energy Automation Maintenance Engineer with the following qualifications to work in the Energy Maintenance Department.


Qualities We Are Looking For;

  • Graduated from the Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Electrical Engineering departments of universities,
  • At least 1 year of experience in Automation Maintenance Engineering field,
  • Preferably with Power Plant experience,
  • Preferably Instrument (temperature, pressure, pressure, level, flue-water analyzers), Electricity (154-34.5-6kV High voltage and low voltage switchgear products, MV-LV cooling, MV-LV motors, ADP and MCCs), Control Having basic knowledge of systems (DCS, PLC) and clear results,
  • Proficient in MS Office applications,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Prone to team work, proactive, with problem solving skills,


Your Main Tasks Are;

  • Developing projects to reduce incidental production losses, ensure quality sustainability of production and reduce maintenance costs of Coal and Natural Gas-Fired Energy Production Facilities and Auxiliary Operation Facilities under the responsibility of the Energy Maintenance Directorate; control of the execution of planned and predictive maintenance activities; Approaching the malfunctions with the root cause analysis method and producing effective actions; Carrying out spare parts optimization studies; Assuming responsibility for renewal, development and commissioning operations.
