Engagement Consultant - Maadi

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients post-sale, ensuring successful solution deployment, onboarding, and ongoing adoption
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to define project requirements and plan implementation timelines
  • Conduct client training sessions, onboarding workshops, and support internal adoption strategies
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, regularly checking in to ensure satisfaction and solution success
  • Lead meetings with external and internal stakeholders to communicate deployment updates and collect feedback
  • Support the client payment lifecycle by following up and ensuring timely processing of due payments
  • Gather and document client change requests (CRs), communicating them effectively to internal teams
  • Monitor project milestones and ensure clients approve key deliverables through structured UAT processes
  • Schedule periodic on-site client visits to strengthen engagement and build long-term partnerships
  • Provide continuous feedback on product features, user experience, and customer needs to support product improvement


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in client engagement, onboarding, or customer success within the tech/SaaS industry
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and maintain high client satisfaction
  • Experience with SaaS solution deployment, training, and adoption planning
  • Familiarity with software development processes and DevOps standards is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with an attention to detail
  • Comfortable running client meetings, handling escalations, and driving results


Preferred:

  • Experience with service management or order management platforms
  • Familiarity with project reporting tools and UAT procedures
  • Proficiency in process mapping or business analysis


Working Conditions:

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Days Off: 2 Days
  • Location: Maadi
  • Model: Hybrid
